its location close to bars and restaurants was great. the restaurant was nice with a unique atmosphere, we ordered freshly cooked dishes. the staff were accommodating, good services.

Staying at Bristol is a different but very pleasant experience. Although in the very heart of the night life hotel is quite and there one can hear no street noise. Feeling is like you are visiting friend's family home. Personal attention by the manager of the hotel from the time of your arrival till departure. Breakfast is great.

Narrow and uncomfortable bed

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the historic district, surrounded by trendy restaurants in a vibrant square. The hotel's location in the port of this city allowed us to easily explore the sights while enjoying the beautiful views of the waterfront. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed by the luxurious and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and special.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location is excellent, the old building is restored maintaining a class of old times and the staff very helpful.

It has just one parking space reserved for the hotel visitors and parking in the nearby streets is not allowed, so you are obliged to use a private parking lot which is quite expensive.

The Hotel offers excellent services, is located at a great spot right in the city centre, and gives the visitors a sence of "home". You don't need a car to get around.

Some special price offers once and again would be nice.

I had the pleasure of staying at Capsis Bristol Boutique and it was a wonderful experience. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of all the entertainment and attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Thessaloniki.

Gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable place with extremely friendly staff and marvellous location in a top area for vacationers. Soundproof and good sized rooms with functional bathrooms and an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware.

The location was stunning, only a short distance to Ladadika District. There was a nice restaurant, a bakery and little stores next door.

We stayed in the Hotel for two nights. We had two connected rooms as we requested. Excellent Staff, they will do anything to help and always with a smile. Upon arrival we were informed that one of the two rooms was a bit small and without even asking we were offered a bigger room with no extra charge (we preferred to stay in the rooms that were connected). One of the best breakfasts I ever had in a Hotel, freshly made from a menu. It has an Argentinean Restaurant as well, we didn’t have time to try it, but I did not see any disappointed customers!! Thank for a very pleasant stay, we will definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is from a menu not a puffed and I was embarrassed to order second :)
